Our Story

Our journey into hosting began in 1996 when Mikael started working at Telia, managing networks daily. With experience gained across several companies, Mikael eventually joined a hosting provider specializing in sales, networking, and infrastructure, while also consulting full-time. When that company closed, the customers were split among the owners, leading to the formation of our own hosting businesses. And since 2010 it has been in several brands. Just to mention a few: Indit Hosting, Mainstreamhosting and now since 2017 it has been branded No Ack Hosting.

Since then, Mikael has dedicated his expertise to cloud and network services, building a robust hosting platform known for speed, reliability, and exceptional performance.

Our Infrastructure

Today, our hosting services operate on a state-of-the-art network built with Arista hardware and supported by a highly reliable datacenter located in Stockholm. Our cloud infrastructure is powered by multiple clusters with Proxmox and Ceph storage, ensuring industry-leading redundancy and speed.

Daily Backups: Every customer’s virtual machine (VM) is backed up daily across three locations for maximum data security.
High-Speed Connectivity: We maintain two 100G connections across two locations, complemented by a 10G backup link, and manage our own network under AS30893.
Multiple Peering Points: We’re connected to Sonix and Keffix and redundant 10G ports to Netnod in Stockholm, ensuring exceptional internet performance and reliability.

Automated and Seamless Service

Our website allows for fully automated service provisioning upon payment. We currently accept PayPal and Bitcoin for international customers and offer bankgiro invoices for Swedish companies. From order to deployment, the process is streamlined for your convenience.

Our Expertise

With nearly 30 years of IT experience, Mikael has been a prominent consultant since 2002 (with a brief hiatus from 2004–2006). He’s been running his own consulting businesses since 2006, specializing in Automation, DevOps, and infrastructure as code, all of which are central to our hosting operations. Every aspect of our services is managed programmatically via Git and automated workflows, minimizing manual intervention and maximizing precision.
